- Should have strong relationship and experience in Corporate Sales.
- Experience & knowledge in the Travel & MICE is an added advantage.
- Maintain up to date repository of Corporates and track any upcoming MICE / Travel related events.
- Build relationship with Procurement Teams , negotiate sales and ensure timely proactive response to clients requirements.
- Create proposals and presentations for efficient sales and brand establishment.
- Should be self-driven, ambitious and result-oriented go getter.
- Assist and engage with the internal team & external partners in ensuring the right product and services are delivered to the client.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating Sales for the company.
- Broaden the Corporate network and drive the brand through various sales strategies.
- Ensure the company is registered as a preferred vendor with leading Corporates.
- Anchor meetings and liaison with procurement teams of Corporates.
- Maintain client calling programs and ensure clients are met frequently to ensure top of mind recall.
- Should be able to create effective proposals based on the clients requirement and focus on sale closure.
- Ensure services are delivered flawlessly and maintain client feedback repository.
- Adopt corporate responsibility and adhere to best industry practice.
- Ideate & anchor platforms that positively engages the corporate procurement teams.
- Should be presentable, have sound communication skills and have the ability to drive sales.

Travel Coordinator – Domestic Operations
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Preferably IATA Qualified)

- Have the aptitude to perceive and customise itinerary to suit client requirements.
- Aware of seasonality and vacation suitability within India.
- Maintain up to date repository of domestic DMC’s, region specific vendors and direct hotel rate cards and contact details.
- Build relationship with vendors, negotiate the best pricing for their services and ensure timely proactive response to our requirements.
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changes and take onus of work.

- Should be presentable, have sound communication skills and have the ability to close sales.
- Ensure that clients have a flawless vacation from trip confirmation till completion

- Establish and ensure adherence to standard operation procedures followed by the company.
- Accountable for timely receipt from clients, payment to vendors and prompt reconciliation in case of discrepancies & refunds.

- Should have basic knowledge of ticketing, tour packages, railway/Bus bookings & Online travel booking engine.
- Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss our travel requirements.
- Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients’ circumstances.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Work directly with suppliers across India/ Asia/ Europe/ Africa including: hotels, coach operators, guides , restaurants and sightseeing attractions
Roles and responsibilities:
- Respond to all urgent incidents reported by field staff, partners or operation officers
- Update tour costing and ensure trips are running to budget and profitability
- Report to direct manager and ensure incoming reports from field staff and partners are picked up and acted upon.
- Apply and manage cost control, quality levels and facilitate solutions
Ensure all guides, tour leaders and customers receive up to date tour information / documents.
